Exchange/Return

How do I exchange or return my package back to Florèz? Below is an explanation that explains step by step how you can exchange and / or return your package. These steps are also described on the form you received from us with your package.

To register

Select the items you want to exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. During this process you can indicate the reason for the exchange or return. Finally, choose the desired return / shipping method.

Packing up

Pack the item(s) you want to exchange/return and add this completed form. Please do not forget to remove the old shipping label. Make sure the package is tightly closed so that it does not open during shipping.

To steer

Bring your package to the post office within 3 working days after creating the exchange/return shipment. They will send your package to us. Do not forget to bring the track and trace code with you, so that you can continuously track the package.

refund

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice. We strive to refund the return amount at all times within 5 - 10 working days to the payment method you have chosen.
